Touch Tone

Touch Tone

It is imperative to use "Touch Tone" when communicating with the VA pharmacy.They are not getting my requests.  Is this because "voice" is not "touch tone?"

The old touch tone tones passes down though the Comcast CDV system just fine.  I think you should try a different telephone, as some phones send the tones too short, and the equipment can't hear it long enough to respond.

That certainly makes sense to me and I thank you for the information.  I will

experiment with a different telephone set and hope the problem is resolved.
