Too much "junk" in readable voice

Readable voicemail seems to be working well for me, but each email contains extraneous messages for the Ecobill and how to add/remove addresses. I really don't need or want to see that with every email. How can I stop receiving the extra junk; all I want is the text of the message and the voice attachment?
