Time frame of inbound calls

Just a basic question:

 

Is there a way through Comcast to set your phone service up where all inbound calls are rejected during certain times? (IE: 10:00Pm and 5:00Am)

 

I as this because I was just woken up by my daughters friend calling at 2:53Am. I want the phone to still be able to dial out for emergencies and such so I don't want to just unplug the phone or modem.

 

(And don't try to lecture me about how to raise my daughter, I don't mind her on the phone this late on a Saturday night. Just looking to stop inbounds.)

No, Comcast CDV can't block incoming calls at certain times.

 

You might find a device to connect into your existing inside wiring to manually turn off the ringers.  Mike Sandman has a huge number of phone gadgets like this.  Give them a call.

I believe it can be done with Vonage VOIP service, and some other VOIP services that went out of business.
