I want to thank the two Comcast techs who got my Xfinity Voice working yesterday. I have been having the "I can make calls but can't receive them" problem since self-installing two weeks ago. The first tech listened to me, and then instead of just filing a report and sending it up a tier, she actually got on the line with the programmer who fixed the problem while I was on the line. Then, to make sure it was working, she called me back and everything was fine. She did more than she was required to, and I am very happy. All this took no more than 5 minutes.
