Terrible service for everything.

Terrible service for everything.

I have lived in my condo for 4 months now going on 5. The phone has never allowed calls to come in. I have reported it several times, I have scheduled two days off of work, one they told me the system was down everywhere so he never showed up at all.

 My camera also goes off all the time. The only thing that works is my computer...

I got my phone number back from  ATT like they told me to and it is still not working.

 

My tv's go out all the time in both of my rooms and have never worked correctly. Now could someone please help me. I am starting to hate comcast and ready to go to Att again but never liked them. Comcast was perfect in my other house and I have had nothing but problems here. It takes a 5 hour day to get through and try and schedule someone, then they decide not to come. One time they called me to verify I was there on the same phone number that didn't work.

 

It would be nice if people could call me on the phone number I have had for 35 years, and it would be nice if both of my tv's stopped going off and on.

I hate to tell you this, but it seems the only way to get decent service is to call and cancel, you will then immediately be switched over and have the attention of a "retention specialist" who will promise you their first born to retain you as a customer (and I'm only half-joking).

 

The cable TV industry just lost 469,000 subscribers in the third quarter so they are all a little desperate to please their shareholders now.
