Temporarily Unavailable

I am trying to fix my Mother's phone so that it will stop going to VM after just 2 rings.   I have logged into her account, and have gone into "Settings". Under "Call Forwarding and Rings"  I click on edit and it does not open the area where I can increase the number of rings, instead it reads "Temporarily Unavailable".  Is there a way to fix this online or do I have to call customer service?

That message means exactly what it states....   there is a backend issue that is being resolved and once completed the application will be available.   If it continues to show, please call into Comcast at 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489 and speak with a CSR.
