I have had issues with my phone since I purchased comcast/infinity X1 July 3rd 2015.  Phones did not ring.  However, they were able to leave v/m.  Replaced router several times.  Had a tech come out to assist.  He replaced router with an older one, not X1. Telephone issue resolved...However, the internet and television started having issues.  Was told to go to local store and get the correct router....Did that now everything works like it should with exception of the phone.  Calls go straight to v/m and the phone does not ring.  In fact the phone shows......"No Line".

Have been without land line since the 15th of August.  Tech not scheduled to come until the 2nd of September.

Any suggestions?????????????

Call into Comcast and explain that you just swapped out your EMTA device for a new one...  they may need to activate and reprovision it!!!!
