I had account 01710 12195805 transfered to new address . New acct. 0171026001602 . All is 

working fine except phone.  I can make calls but do not receive. Message says my phone has

been changed which it has not it is still 772-562-1831.  Have called on this and was promised

serivce would be restored in 24 hours. It has been 72 hours and correction has not been made.

I spoke with Angelina in Recovery on 5/20/15.   Chris the tech was not very helpful. Please do

something as I am missing important calls from a sick family member.
