Telephone line is not working after we commssioned the new router supplied by Comcast.


Telephone is a part of the bundled package we have signed for.

We have not had phone since initial install. Tech never showed up for appt.

It seems Comcast does not care for its customers, being a monopoly in our area.

I couldn't agree more. I have had more proplems with CID than I care to mention. Well I will mention, six trouble tickets since 4/20/15. Put my 7th ticket in on 5/22. This is more than a bit much. I retired from telecommunicatons after 28 years. It's a no brainer how to make your first and last name + area code + number show up. Let me get into the switch and I will fix myself.
