I have now been in touch with Comcast on 5 separate occasions due to my phone service not working. I am very frustrated with the fact that this is still unresolved. I've now been on hold for over an hour! Everyone just transfers me to someone else where I have to once again explain my issue, why is that? Why do I have to keep repeating the exact same thing over and over yet no one can resolve the problem?
