Telephone line!

Telephone line!

My phone service is not workin, tried to call to activate and your technician was not able to activate it, call transferred to another department who said it will be activated but still was not, another one reset the signal but it stated that it did not work, was placed on hold on my cell phone for a very long time, then disconnected! GRRRRRRRR! Please, I need this pnoe to work!

 

Another thing, why is my bill $185+? I can not afford that it was supposed to be $114/month per your personnel when I was updated to triple play! I can not afford to pay that bill, just cut off my service since you did not keep the end of your bargain and my service is not what you said it is!

If you wish to cancel your service you will need to either visit a Service Center or call into Comcast.  Either way, you will be required to prove thatyou are the primary account holder.
