Telephone Issue: The other party cannot hear me.

Telephone Issue: The other party cannot hear me.

When I call out or receive a call - the other person cannot hear me.  Sometimes the phone works OK but 95% of the time I have to get to the point of my call before it zaps the call, the other party cannot hear me but I can hear them fine.  This happens on ALL phones in ALL outlets throughout the house.  I am so frustrated and considering switching phone service.

 

Has anyone else experienced this is if you did how did you get it fixed if you were able to get it resolved??

Before giving up, call into Comcast and register a trouble ticket for your issues... if you don't telll them, the will never know of your problems....
