Stutter tone

Stutter tone

Hi,

I have problem with a persistent stutter tone but no messages. I tried going to preferences and refereshing "Message Wait Indicator" as previous posts had suggested, but it didn't work

 

Any suggestions?

Hello wilc001. Thanks for sending over your information via private message. I'm sorry to hear your Message Waiting Indicator is persistent despite your efforts. I was able to access the messaging server and send a signal to clear your stutter tone. Can you please confirm this has cleared up and is no longer?
