Stutter tone even though I do not have voicemail

Stutter tone even though I do not have voicemail

We had a comcast representative disable our voicemail since we have an answering device on our home phone, but it continues to have a stutter tone.  Whenever the system is reset there is a flashing indicator saying that there is a vm from the phone company which I was able to get rid of with #, holding the button until it beeps, but the stutter tone won't go away.

Same problem with stutter and flashing on handsets.  Was told two weelks ago it was escalated but no solution as far as I can tell.

Following up on this. Your support tickets are showing as resolved with voicemail now working. Can you each confirm this feature has been restored?

Just verified I still have stutter tone and message with no mail in mailbox.

I noticed a call attempt today.  Not sure if it was you, but it was killed by your no more robo call system.
