Stuck Voice Mail

Stuck Voice Mail

I have a skipped voice mail since May 16th that will not let me do anything with it just starts to replay then gives me the busy signal and then nothing. I left line open for over a half hour still will not prompt me to do anything I hit 7 or 4 or 9 nothing happens.I now have voice mails dropping in behind I cant retrieve.

 

Any suggestions?

When that VM begins playing, hit 77 then... see if that deletes it at that point.
