Still don't have working voicemail

Still don't have working voicemail

I cannot access voicemail, or change some of the voice options on the prefs page on comcast.net. Same message as others, mailbox number is not in service.

 

I edited because perhaps my title was misleading. I don't want to have my voicemail disabled, I am one of the people with voicemail problems. Apologies for the misunderstanding.

 

Spoke to a CSR on the phone 09-06-2013, she says it wasn't even enabled on my account, but should be now, and working within 24-48 hours, and it is not.

Fixed after a second call to Comcast.

Not quite fixed. The Connect site says

"This account does not have voicemail enabled, however, you can still check call history in the Voice Tab."
