Still do not have Digital Voicemail in SmartZone

Still do not have Digital Voicemail in SmartZone

After one week still do not have voicemail in the SmartCenter.  Have tried calling, online chats, etc. with no results.

Getting very frustrated after signing up for this "wonderful triple play" last week.  Trying it myself online I am told I need to update my account by chatting with an acccount representative.  After two times I still am getting nowhere.
