Speed dial not working

Speed dial not working

I've bee an Xfinity voice customer for years and my Speed Dial 8 and Speed Dial 30 numbers have been working fine until recently, The service seems to have started forgetting some of my speed dials, forcing me to selectively reprogram them. Today, I am unable to use any of my speed dials. It is unclear whether the problem is with storing or dialing. I can store, for example, my home phone number as Speed Dial 2 by entering *742xxxxxxxxxx and I get the three tones which usually indicates successful programming. But when I dial 2#, I get a fast busy signal, which usually indicates no number is stored for that speed dial. This is happening for both Speed Dial 8 and Speed Dial 30. I'm wondering if the speed dial server is down and/or needs to be rebooted.

I am having the same issue, working with a tech may no more monday 7/21 will post.
