Smartzone thinks I don't have CDV.

Smartzone thinks I don't have CDV.

When I click on Voice in the Smartzone, it takes me to the shopping page for Comcast Digital Voice. I suspect it has something to do with the fact that when my service was installed, the number originally assigned to me had been given away. So the installer had to call somewhere and get another number assigned to me. How do I resolve the Smartzone issue? Or will it resolve itself eventually?

However, after clearing all Comcast cookies, it is now working. Thanks!

  We added the voice info to you smartzone account and it should be working now.  Please let us know.

From Smartzone, it does. However, from the Voice link on Comcast.net, it still takes me to the Comcast.com phone service page. I've cleared my cache, but no joy yet.
