Smartzone Voice Mail on-line

How soon does the information available on-line on the Smartzone Voice Mail update?  My Digital Phone just rang and I did not get a chance to answer it.  So I would assume it would be considered a "missed call" and if someone left a message, it would also be considered a "voice mail call".  Using the on-line system, nothing showed up?  I clicked on the button on the right to get updated data, but it doesn't seem to do anything?  Do I need to wait overnight or something?  I would hope to think the data should be realtime or at least updateable on the fly.  Anyone have any knowledge of this?  If I am not making sense, let me know and I can provide more details.

The information seems to now be available on-line.  Apparently there is a delay in the access to the database for the on-line application.
