Smartzone Error SCC-0302 (Unable to display voicemail records)

When attempting to view voicemail via smart zone I get a SCC-0302 error message - when I click on the Show Details button I can see that the GetVoiceInfoRequest is unable to retrieve the voicemail summary for my account/email address because the phone number it is searching for is incorrect. We were given a temporary number (actually 2 numbers for 2 lines) during porting when our account was activated and it is trying to access those numbers (which are no longer active on our account) rather than our 'permanent' numbers.

 

Error Details:

method: GetVoiceInfoRequest

msg: cause detail:gateway service error: encountered error in response header: error_700,error_text=Phone number not found

code: voice:UNABLE_TO_RETRIEVE_VOICEMAIL_SUMMARY

  Sorry for the inconvenience.  The other two numbers have been removed from your account.  Everything should be working correctly now.  Please let us know.
