Smartzone Error SCC-0302 Unable to display records

Smartzone Error SCC-0302 Unable to display records

When I log into smartzone I can not retrieve my phone call logs.  Does anyone know what to do?

The Comcast Cares Team has been notified and wll get it corrected.
