Why can't I access my Voice mails from SmartZone, the screen says

" Not a Digital Voice customer?

Get more home phone service for less. Then enjoy the ease of one Comcast bill to boot." But I am a Customer?

  We updated the class of service on your primary account and it should be working properly now.  Please let us know.

Are you using your primary account? If you're using a secondary account, the primary account has to give it permission to manage voicemail. This can be done from the Users & Settings tab of Customer Central.

Can you try going to this website: digitalvoice.comcast.net

 

Then try logging in with your telephone number and voicemail passcode.


See if it works.

I can access with using my phone number and VM password, but if I use my email & PW it switches to SmartZone with statment

I am not sure if this is the exact answer, but I would recommend calling Comcast for that. They may need to check your email account to synchronize it with the voice details.
