SmartZone Not Working

SmartZone Not Working

I have been trying to sign on to the Voicemail SmartZone to retrieve a message and the SmartZone screen just hansg forever and show as "LOADING".

 

Anyone else having problems getting on to check your voicemail and calls ?

What media player and web browser do you use?

I am using MS Explorer V.6 and I have Window Media Player and Quicktime on my computer.

Are you able to save your voicemail as a file and then play?

Also, can you listen to it using telephone?

Zhou,

I was not able to really get to my VM to see what I could or could not do with it.

And I have never tried to pull my VM via the phone, so I can't answer that right now.  I can try when I get home.

I was able to get to my VM and play it thru the regular digitlalvoicemail center ok, but can't get ont o the SmartZone.

Can you try SmartZone again? We solved an issue that may cause the "Loading" problem.

Whatever you did, it fixed the problem for the email only.

 

I was able to finally log on to the Smartzone and look at any "new" emails, but when I tried to load the "Voice" portion, I stalled out and just displayed "Loading" and apparently froze.  But I was able to still go back to the email portion again.

You're welcome. We checked our system and didn't find errors. Can you try it from a different computer?

What browser and version are you using?  Do you have quicktime installed?
