SmartZone Access Dissapeared

SmartZone Access Dissapeared

My Grandaughter unplugged our house phone. It took awhile for me to find and correct this. After I corrected, I find that I can no longer access my voicemail account in SmartZone. I was on line for an hour with Customer Service with no resolution. They entered an advanced help ticket CR218761142 on 9/2 early in the AM. I have had no further contact and it has not been resolved. Any help?

I've notified the Comcast admin team to look at your ticket and account.  Watch your email and this post in case they need more information from you.

 

 

You will hear back, if he doesn't' get to it today, then it will be Tuesday due to the holiday.
