Self installing voice package

I upgraded to a better price package & was suppose to have received self-installing kit for phone services. I was told I needed to pay my late balance, which I have done & still haven't received. Also can't see my account due to a message about a pin number, that I don't have.(?????) Can you help me find out what is going on please?

If you are still having this problem, go to your local Xfinity store and pick up a telephony modem.  Go home, hook-up your modem to your cable and by ethernet cable to a computer.  Plug in power to the modem until all the lights except the telephone light are on solid.  Call Comcast from cellphone and press the prompt for voice.  They will walk you thru activation.
