SCC-0302 error, unable to get voicemail online

I cannot access my voicemail or other voice settings online. I have received error code SCC-0302, a message that my voicemail is temporarily unavailable, or spinning dots on the website and nothing ever loads.

 

I am also not able to use any of the voice features from the iPhone/iPad app.

 

Also, the Caller ID is not coming up on my TV screen when a call comes in.

 

My number was just ported yesterday (19 January 2012), and it seems like maybe the setup was not completed or done correctly.

 

Luckily, I am able to get to my voicemail through the phone itself, but I would like to be able to access this information online.

Follow-up: I also phoned in and got a ticket escalated, CR296754309.
