SCC-0250 Error

SCC-0250 Error

Hi,

 

I am receiving SCC-0250 errors while trying to access Smartzone placed/received/answered phone records. I have contacted Comcast help desk 3 times in the last 2 months, but to no avail.

 

Any suggestions?

I have a feeling my TN is pointing to the wrong switch.
