I get SCC-0235 in my inbox when trying to access my voicemail.

I have notified the Comcast Admin of your issue.  Please monitor your thread here and your email for response.  Probably not till Monday.

well now it just says contact customer support.  gee thanks.  I think I'd like to just get this turned off completely - I'm tired of watching my phone blink all the time.  It says I have voice mail when there's not.  This started the minute Comcast hooked the service up.

They contacted me and had to elevate it to the IT team which managed to solve the problem.  They also fixed the blinking light.  Thanks.
