Requested New Battery

Requested New Battery

On March 29th, I had a online chat with a rep about my Emta battery . (SBV5220). It was decided it needed replacing. I was given a 1-800 number to call. I did this and it was confirmed I needed a new battery.

As of today(4/13) I havent recieved anything. I have lost the 800 number and am not sure who to ask about the staus of this request. I was told 7-10 days.

Any Help Appreciated

Thanks

Re: Requested New Battery

Here's the official web page on how to order your eMTA's battery.

It shows 4-6 weeks on the page.

Re: Requested New Battery

Ok. Just another case of being TOLD one thing by a person, and having soomething different Printed on a web Page.

nothing New.

guess it will be quicker for me to have  a Tech come to the house and replace an end of life modem with a bad battery.

Should keep costs down
