Receiving following message on PC for Universal Call ID and TV no longer shows Caller ID

“The system is currently unable to access your SmartZone Address Book information. [CIDPC 060]. This message is on my PC, but two out of three TV's no longer display phone calls.  The ITV icon is there on the menu. The third TV has an ancient rebuilt box installed from Comcast a few months ago. I am too tired to call them yet again to discuss the problem.  That TV I will leave alone since the ITV did not work from the time they installed it.

 

I agree with another session that there were some downloads by Comcast in the past few weeks, but I have been busy traveling and did not have the time to get very involved.

 

Any ideas other than the usual reset your receivers? I don't know how you would reset your PC other than rebooting that typically happens every day.
