Readable voicemail not working

Readable voicemail not working

Hi when I open my account page to Connect voice to listen/read voicemails I get 

 

"Sorry This page no longer exists or it may have moved to a new address. Please check the address and try again." 

 

It was working yesterday and the day before, but not today. How do I fix this?

I'm having the same problem. Can't access my voicemails from the mobile app (connect) and can't access them from the website. Mobile app just says there are no voicemails (there are over 15) and the website says something to the effect that voicemail isn't working, there aware of it, and they are trying to fix it. I'm getting ready to dump their phone service too.

Comcast is aware of the issue and the right teams are working to restore the functionality.

So is Comcast going to reimburse me since it hasn't been working for a month?
