Readable Voicemail not available

I am trying to setup readable voicemail, but I get a message that...

"Sorry, your account doesn't have XFINITY Voice"

 

We have the full package.

On this comminuty forum we can't help with issues like this.

 

Your error is a coding issue on your account that a Comcast support agent must handle.  Please contact Comcast support and they can get you fixed up.
