Same thing is happening to me . im trying to access/set my voicemail and its saying that its not in service though i did not change my pin.

I am showing that the Voicemail service was removed from the account altogether. We would need to re-add the service code of voicemail in order for you to access it. You can either do this by speaking to a representative, or since you already reached out through here let me know via a private message. -FC
