I have not moved, and voice to go gone, text messages gone, call forwarding gone, anycomcast support or live chat, gone, error......... Picked up a new modem, nothing!! Going intocomcast location on72nd & Sandy tomorrow, they better have the right solution and answer, or news at 11:00pm. There I will be, front and center being called a crazy Postal Worker taking it out on poor oldcomcast. I better get at least a 3 month credit, that is how long I have been waiting for a solution. Has this issue been cleared up for you? If this is happening in the voice to go app, try reinstalling it. Usually that can clear up the issues you are describing if it is on the app. Let me know if this does not help or if it has been cleared up. -FC
