Sorry that you don't have phone service right now. Can you verify a few things for me?

1. Make sure that your modem is plugged in and the connections are secure and tight.

2. Make sure the lights are on and solid.

3. Plug your phone directly into the back of our Comcast modem in port Tell 1/2.

4. Reset your modem using the reset button in the back.

5. If you are still experiencing issues please let me know so that we can take the next appropriate steps.

My second line won't take incoming calls.  Outgoing calls are fine, but when an incoming call arrives, the phone rings once, then stops and flashes "No Data" on the caller ID screen.

I apologize that you are experiencing similar issues with your phones line. 

Can you please try the above steps and let me know if they work. Since you have two line and only one is affective it could be something going on with the line itself. Let me know the outcome of the above steps so that we can process further.
