I have had Xfinity service since 4/28/14 and caller id on my tv has never worked.  It works on my phone buy not on my tv.  How do I get it to work? Houston, Tx

If you have X1, make sure in settings, that you have Notifications for CallerID turned ON....

I am a Comcast retiree, recently switched to the new platform and had the boxes installed.  My caller ID info on the TV is no longer active, also, my phone shows a message "private caller" for all calls.   Not sure if something is wrong with my phone or if there is a code that was not added when my services were upgraded.
