Re: deleting my voicemail

If you want to permanently disable voice mail so your answering machine picks up, you will need to contact Comcast support.  They can disable voice mail.  It can not be done online, you will need to call 1800comcast.

Re: deleting my voicemail

There is nothing to set up. Callers cannot leave a message on your computer because their is no way to do that.

The messages will be on  your phone.

Having the messages online gives you an alternate method of listening to voice mails if you are not at home.

When the message is deleted using the phone it will also be deleted from the computer.

The reverse is also true-deleting it on the computer deletes it from the phone.
