My friend down the street has the caller ID come up on his TV. Is there something I have to do to activate this feature?

Everyone with Motorola (except DCT2000 series boxes) or Pace equipment and Comcast triple play automatically gets the UCID on TV and PC.

 

If you not getting it, power cycle your cable box first, unplug for 2 minutes, power it up again and test in 1 hour. If it still doesn't work, then it would be a coding issue on your account that any Comcast CSR can fix over the phone.
