Re: Voicemail "Temporarily" Unavailable for 2 months

Mine hasn't worked the whole month of December so far.  I cannot access by phone or at xfinity.com online.  I have been getting my voice message via email.  What is wrong?  I also cannot empty my voicemail folder of all the calls I have received.  Tried calling and am disabled and my hand has nerve damage.  Cannot hold on for 30 minutes!  Tried chat yesterday, and nothing helped.  I should not be charged for my voicemail services as long as they do not work!  Also, after an update last week, Constant Guard won't log me in with my PIN# to my accounts.  Talked to a tech for that and he had me disable CG Suite.  Then, I get online tonight and my Norton Security is disabled!  Had to re-enable it to connect to the internet!  What is happening at Comcast?
