My voicemail has not worked in months. I called customer service and they said it had not been set up. I dialed *99 and received the same message callers hear "The mailbox number you are trying to reach is not in service.  Goodbye."  Please help resolve this issue.   Additionally, Xfinity voice online does not work. My iPhone app does not alert me of incoming calls or messages. Please help!  

 

I've had Comcast for 5years now. The service and quality has been horrible since I moved to Maryland in January. I'm very disappointed.

There's no one from Comcast on this Community Forum that can get your issue fixed.

 

You can call Comcast support, or email to the Comcast Social Media team at we_can_help@cable.comcast.com and they will get back to you and get you fixed up.
