My phone is plugged  into the eMTA telephony modem & I have dropped calls all the time.. Even purchased a new phone, did not help... Also have problem with the internet shutting down & have to reset the modem several times a day. For what I am paying for the service I should not have any problems.. VERY disappointed in Comcast..

If you internet and phone are dropping, you need to contact Comcast support and they will troubleshoot if it's a RF signal issue or equipment issue.

 

Most likely it is a RF signal issue and a tech needs to come out to find and fix the issue.

I did have a tech tell me tell me the RF signal needs to be adjusted with the weather change, but he could not do it. He would have to send someone else. Never saw him.. Also had a tech tell me there was a ghost in the system & nobody could find it. Also had a tech tell me tell me the problem was with micro soft...

You did not post that you have a history of tech's out without resolution.
