Comcast installed 2 phone jacks in my house. The tech who came out had never installed telephone jacks before and had no clue what he was doing. He was at my house nearly all day one Saturday. Finally after many hours, he called a supervisor to come help him & another tech came as well. After about an hour of all 3 men working on them, the jacks were all working. Now they have stopped working. I have checked all of the hook ups & tried different telephone lines to the modem. The phone which is plugged directly into the modem works fine. None of the wall jacks work. We have a senior alert system for my elderly mom which is why I had the other jacks installed in the 1st place. I really need these to work. She is without help now if she falls or something. Is there something that Comcast can check remotely to see if the jacks were de-activated or will they have to come back out? Not happy ...

The Comcast Cares Team has been notified and will follow up on Wednesday.  The tech will need to come back out.
