I am having the same issue with their service.  Phone was supposed to be activated 2 weeks ago.  Everyone passes the buck.  Horrible service.

Thank you for commenting.  We get different answers every time we call and ask about the issues.  I will update the forum on what happens on Sunday when the technician comes to see what is wrong with the phone line. After that they have to resolve the issue of not being able to have universal caller ID on the TV.  That has never worked ever since I joined this triple play deal in May!
