Ok, my issue is a little different but, close the one you describe.  I live in Chicago and have had the same phone number for 25+ years.  So for the past 8-9 months I keep getting calls for a Robert.  I hae explained many times there is no Robert and they have the wrong number.  When I ask them what number they are dialing they tell me 203-XXX-XXXX.    Which is a number in Connecticut.  My number is 630-XXX-XXXX.  I have spoken to Robert's brother who calls him time to time and he informed me that Robert has Comcast in CT.  I have tried calling Comcast and explaining that they for whatever reason keep sending me his calls.  Of course that just falls on deaf ears at Comcast.  Any help would greatly be appreciated.
