Re: Problem with incoming calls

I can receive calls but the it goes into voicemail while I am talking and cuts off. How can I fix this?

Re: Problem with incoming calls

It can be an issue with your inside wiring or phone equipment.

First, reset your eMTA telephony modem by pressing the recessed reset button on the panel where the cables attach, you will need a toothpick or pen to press it.

To test it, unplug the phone cord from the eMTA telephony modem's L1/L2 jack and plug in a known good wired phone directly to the eMTA's L1/L2 jack.  Give it a good test.

If it works, then it would be a issue with your inside phone wiring, jacks or phones.
