We have been having this problem intermittently with dropped calls on Comcast triple play. Started last year and has gotten progressively worse.  Typical run-around and head scratching from COMCAST.

They even asked us to keep a log of when this happens .  IT HAPPENS ON EVERY CALL!

 

I bought a new phone system to try to solve it, but the problem is not the phone.

 

Any advice on solving this problem?

I'd suggest we get a technician out to take a look
