I am soooo frustrated this morning that I cannot see straight!  The customer service has got to be THE WORST ever!!  I have not had a dial tone in well over a month, and they keep making these pretend appointments to come out and see what the problem is with the wiring because re-starting the modem doesn't work.  They were supposed to be here this morning from 8-10, but now, just like on Monday, they said --"oops, your appt was actually yesterday.  Let me have a dispatcher call you and see if someone can come today".  Of course there is no call back, and no one is coming.  It is MANDATORY  for medical and other reasons that I have a working phone, and these awflul people really don't care.  On Monday, direct TV
