Today Comcast voice is half down.  Outgoing calls are fine. Incoming calls ring once and then there is one beep and its dead. Modem is fine. No caller id info shows up on phone..it simply says 'Incoming Call' and the person calling hears one ring and a low beep and then nothing. I on line chatted  with tech this morning and he did some checking and then called me and it worked fine. I believe he said something about finding static.  I am not happy that its not working again.  There is no outage message on Comcast website. Says my voice service is connected.  I have been on hold for Comcast for 30 minutes and on 'hold' for chat for 10. I need to be able to receive calls.  The only way I know who has called is to go to comcast.net voice and look at call logs and the numbers that called are there but caller is 'unknown' and that includes me test calling land line on my cell phone.
