I too, am having the SAME issue! When I DO have an incoming call, it shows unknown caller on my ID and when I answer, it is dead air. I have had this ssue since swiching in december and have had zero luck with getting help with this issue and am still being charged for services. You can contact the attorney general and they will assist you with resolving the issue. They will contact the company directly and will notify the that the issue needs to be resolved or you need to be refunded. I am about to do exactly that as this is unacceptable on all accounts. comcast has in fact informed me that the issue lies on their end yet, they have done NOTHING to fix this issue but are sure to bill me!

Knelson1124, I am noticing a posible signal issue that might be the culprit for your phone issues. It also shows that our executive team tried reaching out multiple times to get more details and if necessary schedule someone but they were unable to reach you. If you can, please send me a private message. I would greatly recomend having a tech out to check this for you. -FC
